Please be mindful that most of the products are made to order. The estimated processing time for orders is 1-2 weeks, but I try my best to ship out orders out as soon as possible. There may be times where there is a further delay. Please look at the announcements for more information. If you need your order by a specified date, please let me know!
You can view your tracking number via the order status page. Please note that if you order using USPS First Class Mail, there is no tracking number provided. However, if you have chosen this option and your order is over $20, I will automatically upgrade it into USPS Ground Advantage free of charge.
Unfortunately, I do not have any control over what happens after I ship out orders, so I am not responsible for what happens during the shipping process. If your package has stated that it is delivered and you have not received it, please wait a couple of days since it may have gotten scanned in advance. If it still has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office for more information.
If you have not received your package within 30 days of the ship date, please contact me at stillwitheuphoriashop@gmail.com. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, I will not be able to help you receive a replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
If you recently placed your order and would like to cancel it, please reach out to me at stillwitheuphoriashop@gmail.com. If it has not been shipped out yet, I can cancel it but it may not be guaranteed.

I am sorry to hear about that. Please send a photo to stillwitheuphoriashop@gmail.com and provide your order number so I can take a closer look and help you! If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 7 business days.
If I have not shipped any of your orders yet, please reach out to me at stillwitheuphoriashop@gmail.com. When contacting me, please let me know your order numbers, and I will be able to help you out and provide a partial refund for shipping.
If I have any upcoming events that I am vending at, I now allow local pickups! I am also open in meeting up somewhere in the Houston, TX (USA) or at a cupsleeve event for orders. Please reach out to me if you would like to place a local pickup for an order if I do not have a pickup option listed in checkout.
NOTE: If you place a local pickup order and are unable to pickup your order, you will either need to reschedule when to pickup the order or pay for the shipping costs.
As of October 26th, 2024 I ship internationally. Please note that for international orders, there may be additional fees and duties applied at checkout. If you are outside of the US and are having issues with checkout, please reach out to me!
Made-to-order products are created once an order is placed. Please note that the majority of the products are made-to-order and are homemade. Thank you for your understanding!
