Shipping Policies

US-based customers:

All orders placed over $75 will be provided with free economy shipping via USPS. My processing time is between 1-2 business weeks, but I try my best to ship out orders earlier. Processing times may vary depending on the situation. Please check the announcements to see if there are any delays.

Orders purchased via USPS First-Class Mail will have no tracking information. However, if you have chosen this option and your order is over $20, I will automatically upgrade it into USPS Ground Advantage free of charge. 

Local pickup in Houston, TX (USA) area:

You can select an option to do local pickup for an order if I have an upcoming event. I am also open in meeting up somewhere in the Houston area or at a cupsleeve event for orders. Please reach out to me if you would like to place a local pickup for an order if I do not have a pickup option listed in checkout.
NOTE: If you place a local pickup order and are unable to pickup your order, you will either need to reschedule when to pickup the order or pay for the shipping costs.

International customers:

International customers are responsible for paying for the additional costs, such as duties, taxes, and customs.

General Shipping Policies:

I do not have any control over what happens after I ship out orders, so I am not responsible for what happens during the shipping process. If your package has stated that it is delivered and you have not received it, please wait a couple of days since it may have gotten scanned in advance. If it still has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office for more information.

If you have not received your package within 30 days of the ship date, please contact me at stillwitheuphoriashop@gmail.com. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, I will not be able to help you receive a replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

For pre-order items, please look at the description of the listing to know when the item will be shipped out.
Please note that if you have placed an order that contains in-stock product(s) with pre-order product(s), everything will be shipped out when the pre-order product(s) have arrived. To receive your in-stock product(s) within the standard shipping time, you would need to place an order separately. If you have already placed your order and want to edit it, please reach out to me at stillwitheuphoriashop@gmail.com so I can help assist you!

If you recently placed your order and would like to cancel it, please reach out to me at stillwitheuphoriashop@gmail.com. If it has not been shipped out yet, I can cancel it, but it may not be guaranteed.
