Due to this being a custom order listing, the processing time may vary depending on the design desired. If you purchase this listing with other products, everything will be shipped out once the custom product is finished.

International customers are responsible for paying for the additional costs, such as duties, taxes, and customs.

I do not have any control over what happens after I ship out orders, so I am not responsible for what happens during the shipping process. If your package has stated that it is delivered and you have not received it, please wait a couple of days since it may have gotten scanned in advance. If it still has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office for more information.

If you have not received your package within 30 days of the ship date, please contact me at help@stillwitheuphoria.com. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, I will not be able to help you receive a replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

You can select an option to do local pickup for an order if I have an upcoming event. I am also open in meeting up somewhere in the Houston, TX (USA) area or at a cupsleeve event for orders. Please reach out to me if you would like to place a local pickup for an order if I do not have a pickup option listed in checkout.

NOTE: If you place a local pickup order and are unable to pickup your order, you will either need to reschedule when to pickup the order or pay for the shipping costs.
